Every year, as temperatures drop and the festive season approaches, London’s famous Hyde Park transforms into a Winter Wonderland – a magical winter paradise that attracts both locals and tourists alike. One of the standout attractions of this spectacular event is the Bavarian Hall.
Inspired by traditional Bavarian beer halls, the Bavarian Hall offers visitors an authentic German experience right in the heart of London. With long wooden tables for guests to sit at and rustic decorations reminiscent of the Alpine region, it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Upon entering the hall, one is greeted by the enticing aroma of roasted sausages, fresh pretzels, and mulled wine. Stalls offer traditional German delicacies such as bratwurst, sauerkraut, and pretzels. To accompany these, one can enjoy a freshly poured beer or a hot mulled wine while listening to traditional music performed by live bands.
The music is another highlight of the Bavarian Hall. Bands often appear in traditional lederhosen, playing German folk songs that encourage guests to sing along and clap. The joyful atmosphere is contagious, and it’s not uncommon for visitors to join in swaying or even dancing to the cheerful tunes.
However, the Bavarian Hall is not just a place for food and music. It also provides an ideal opportunity to come together with friends and family to enjoy the festive season. With twinkling fairy lights hanging from the ceiling and the cozy warmth keeping the cold London winter night at bay, it’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and a chance to be transported to another world.
Our VIP Area is perfect for those looking for an extra special Bavarian experience. VIP table guests benefit from an exclusive private bar, full table service, and an adjacent private set of toilets. Located at the front of the hall on the left, with a great view of Bavarian Hall as well as the live music on stage. Each package accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, with each guest receiving a meal from our premium VIP menu and 3 drinks.

All guests require a valid entrance ticket to access your booking so please secure entry in advance of your visit as there are a limited amount of entrance tickets available.
Between Wednesdays and Sundays, Bavarian Hall will be closed at 5PM to prepare the venue for guests with a table package in the evening session. Booking guests queuing to enter Bavarian Hall VIP area for the evening session will be allowed in at 6:00PM.
Bavarian Hall is an authentic Oktoberfest style Hall which has a festive atmosphere. Traditional German food is available from Heidi’s Kitchen including Mr Bratwurst sausages, Oktoberfest Chicken, Pork Leg, Potato Dumplings and Sauerkraut. The hall features daily entertainment from live bands including Frontal and Joseph playing a great mix of music.
Silver tables are located towards the front half of the hall and can seat up to 10 people per table. Packages include 10 meal vouchers and 30 drink vouchers per table. Meal vouchers can be redeemed at Heidi’s kitchen and drink vouchers at bars in Bavarian Hall (as well as most other Bavarian Village bars).
