1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you receive your items.

2. Exclusions from the Right to Cancel

The following items are excluded from the right to cancel:

• Items that are sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear), if the seal has been broken after delivery.
• Customized or personalized items that were specifically made for you.

3. Conditions for Returns

If you wish to return items, they must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Returned with all original tags and packaging.
• Free from odors, stains, or damage.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned items show signs of wear or do not meet the above conditions.

4. How to Return Items

You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless the goods are faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return is safely received.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note: Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a return and refund or replacement. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
